Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refused Deliveries

If you choose to refuse a delivery, the order will be returned to us. Please note that original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
